Unitas ClinicRefined aesthetics & recovery

Harmony. Precision. Results.

Doctor-led aesthetic medicine in Wimbledon and West Byfleet. Safe, subtle results rather than over-treatment.

Our key principle

Safe and subtle results rather than over-treatment.

Unitas is Latin for unity. Your face is assessed as a whole, treated conservatively and reviewed by the same doctor who treated you, so the result looks rested, refreshed and entirely like you.

The Unitas way

  • Doctor-led from start to finish

  • Your face assessed as a whole, before anything is agreed

  • Conservative amounts, adjusted only if needed

  • Honest advice, including when treatment isn't right

  • Reviewed by the doctor who treated you

  • Treated in a clinical setting, with written aftercare

The treatment menu

Your consultation

Every plan starts with a face-to-face medical consultation. Dr Malik assesses your face as a whole, explains each suitable option and its risks, and only recommends treatment when it's right for you.

  1. Dr Malik marking a patient's face with a white pencil during an assessment

    Consultation and assessment

Dr Malik takes your medical history and asks what you'd like to change. Your face is assessed at rest and in expression, and you leave with clear options, realistic outcomes and costs, and time to think it over.

  2. Dr Malik, in blue gloves, treating the area beside a patient's eye

    Treatment day

If you decide to go ahead, Dr Malik carries out your treatment in a clinical room. Your skin is cleansed and prepared first, and you go home with written aftercare.

  3. A patient resting on the treatment couch in a clinic room

    Review

Around two weeks later you come back to look at the result together. Any fine adjustment is discussed then.

Our staff

Dr Omar Malik

Aesthetic clinician

Dr Malik is a UK-trained doctor completing his GP specialty training in Surrey. He has worked across NHS and private healthcare, including joint injection and minor surgery clinics, so precise technique and careful assessment are part of his everyday work.

He has also worked as a specialty doctor in acute and forensic mental health, which sharpened his listening and his judgement about when treatment is, and isn't, right for someone. He trained in aesthetics with Harley Academy, and his approach is simple: safe, subtle, individual results rather than over-treatment.

Alongside his clinical work, a background in competitive sport, bodybuilding and pre-hospital care has given him a strong interest in recovery, performance and wellbeing. He is especially drawn to where medicine, aesthetics, longevity and lifestyle meet.

Why aesthetics

Minor surgery clinic

Before medicine, there was sport and art. I grew up competing in rugby, badminton and athletics. I studied art and still paint today.

Sport taught me discipline, patience and respect for how the body works and recovers. It's also why I trained in pre-hospital emergency care, with the aim of supporting high-level sports teams. Art taught me to look closely: at proportion, light and balance, and at how a small change can alter the whole. Medicine gave me the anatomy, the judgement and the steady hands I use every week in my minor surgery and joint injection clinics.

Aesthetic medicine is where all three meet. It lets me bring a doctor's training and an artist's eye to every face I treat, so the result looks rested, refreshed and still entirely like you.

Dr Gianni Nero

Aesthetic clinician

There have been times in my own life when I've felt more confident in my appearance, and times when I haven't. I've noticed that when I feel like the best version of myself, my confidence follows.

That's what I want for every patient who walks into Unitas Clinic: to leave the treatment room feeling more comfortable and confident in their own skin.

My approach is simple: subtle, natural-looking results that enhance your features rather than change them. My training has focused on evidence-based practice, facial anatomy, patient safety and consultation skills. I want the best outcomes for my patients, and I believe aesthetic treatments should elevate how you feel about yourself, not try to create someone new.

Before you book

Why see a doctor for aesthetics?

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. A doctor can assess whether treatment is right for you, explain the risks properly, and recognise and manage complications.

Will it look obvious?

The aim is the opposite. Treatment is planned conservatively, and it's easier to add a little at review than to take it away.

Can I be treated on the day?

Sometimes. You'll always have time to consider your options first, and you're never under pressure to go ahead.

How long do results last?

It depends on the treatment. Dermal fillers typically last 6 to 18 months, depending on the product and area. For lines and wrinkles, Dr Malik explains how long results usually last at your consultation.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. Cosmetic injectable treatments are only provided to adults aged 18 and over, in line with the law in England.
